Today we're going to look at an actual place to buy houses in the GTA:

Concepts and Definitions:
Lots: A chunk of land you can build a house on. Usually defined by its width. A 12M lot means a 12 metre lot wide. You can build specific houses on that lot.
We will reference this in class from the Siteplan link on the right:

Floorplan: The basic design of each floor of the house. The basement is usually empty and "unfinished" which means it does not have a formal floor, only a concrete floor.
Elevation A/B: These are different designs for specific types of houses of the same model. Kind of like options you may have depending on elevation type A or B.
PDR: Powder Room - basically a bathroom by today's standards, which is on the main floor for guests.
